On May 1, 2025, the Receiver filed his status report for the First Quarter of 2025. A copy of the Report may be viewed here. The deadline for the Receiver to file his next report is July 30, 2025.
On April 17, 2025, the Fifth Circuit entered its opinion affirming the Second Receivership Order and certain other motions on appeal. While the Opinion will be discussed more fully in the Receiver’s upcoming Quarterly Report (due April 30), the Receiver is optimistic he will finally be able to move forward with property sales and other receivership tasks that have been paused.
